View Wine Bar & Kitchen going in at Tivoli Village looks like it's oh-so-close to opening. The restaurant and cheese shop is part of The Market LV, a 20-tenant extravaganza that features Cupkates and B Sweet Candy Boutique.

Former Planet Hollywood Resort president Bill Feather is behind the concept. He tapped Johnny Church — who worked as the executive chef of Michael Mina's XIV in Los Angeles and just left his gig as a chef for Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares — to be the executive chef.

This Saturday, the OC Hit Factory performs a free show near the View Wine Bar & Kitchen starting at 7 p.m.
