VENETIAN — Tao Asian Bistro is putting on Taste of Tao, a roof deck culinary and entertainment experience hosted at Tao Beach on Thursday, Oct. 4, from 7 to 9 p.m. with early VIP entrance at 6 p.m. The philanthropic event, benefiting Three Square Food Bank, will feature Tao's cuisine and Asian beer, sake and wine pairings with special new dishes. The Chinese region will feature Peking Duck, Chinese barbecue, dim sum and Lucky Buddha Beer, while the Thai station will include a variety of satays paired with Thai Curry Sauce and Singha Beer. The Japanese section will boast TY-KU Sake and Kirin and Asahi Beer, along with sushi and sashimi, as chefs will take guests through best practices for constructing sushi rolls and slicing techniques.
