Special Menus Galore at RM Seafood, Islands, More

MANDALAY BAY — RM Seafood now has a special menu Tuesdays through Saturdays from 7 to 10 p.m. at the upstairs lounge. Nab sustainable seafood bites for less than $10. Dishes include crab cake sliders with brioche buns, chipotle aioli and heirloom tomatoes; spicy shrimp lettuce wraps with ponzu sauce; Thai prawn shrimp cocktail; citrus cured salmon flatbread; Rhode Island-style calamari with sweet and spicy cherry peppers; East or West Coast oyster sampler; Buffalo-style Blue Point oysters; surf and surf roll made with shrimp, crab and avocado; and the taka roll made with fluke tempura, spicy mayo, avocado and sweet soy. SUMMERLIN — Islands now has extended happy hour specials on Mondays and Thursdays during NFL games. Specials include Beachside Sliders and Islands Fries under $5. RAMPART CASINO — Rampart Buffet is offering a special Rosh Hashanah dinner on Sept. 16 and 17 from 4 to 9 p.m. To celebrate the Jewish New Year, the buffet will have New Year's Challah with honey butter, noodle kugel, potato latkes, braised beef brisket, cheese blintzes, gefilte fish and more.
