It's Circo vs. Sage in the Back of the House Brawl

The Back of the House Brawl gets back at it this Saturday night with a battle of Circo at Bellagio versus Sage at Aria.

Chef Michael Vitangeli of Circo takes on chef Richard Camarota from Sage in a BOH Brawl that takes place at Tommy Rocker's. This Iron Chef-type brawl will feature a Silk Road challenge cooked aboard food trucks.

Both chefs will sell dishes from the food trucks from 1 to 2 a.m., technically on Sunday morning. Money raised benefits Three Square Food Bank.

Food trucks Lola D's Kitchen, Redneck Kitchen, Dragon Grill, Sausagefest and Quality Food Service will also be at the event. The Saturday Night Truck Stop, where the food trucks serve up their fares, starts at 8 p.m.
