Get Secret Pizza at Those Guys Pies Now

Now the delicious flavors of The Pizzeria, the secret pizza spot at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, are available off-Strip. Chef Roy Bass is one of the partners of Those Guys Pies, a new pizza joint in The Lakes that takes over the Milano's Pizza di Roma space.

The even better news is that the menu is much more extensive than the slices and pies found at Cosmopolitan. Find cheese steaks made with certified Angus beef ribeye, sandwiches made with meatballs and Buffalo chicken wings, chicken fingers with a choice of sauces such as maple mustard and honey wasabi, wings, salads and desserts on the menu. The wings are served undressed with a bag for tossing sauces such as spicy barbecue and Buffalo IPA when diners arrive home.

Among the specialty pizzas, the White Pie with ricotta, mozzarella and garlic along with the Big Sexy with sausage, pepperoni, garlic, onion and pepperoncinis make the menu. The latter can be a sandwich as well. Guests can also choose their toppings to make their own 14- and 18-inch pies.

For dessert, try the maple mascarpone cheesecake or the cinnamon poppers.

Those Guys Pies is more of a take-out joint with only one table inside. Deliveries are free for orders of more than $15 with a $1 delivery charge. For pickup and delivery, call 702-629-2626.
