Three New Restaurants to Try in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is home to many new restaurants, and some of the smaller ones that open with less than a shebang go unnoticed. Here's a look at three of the new smaller restaurants that opened in the last month all over the Las Vegas Valley.

1. India Masala Bar & Grill
Where: 1040 E. Flamingo Road
What: India Masala opens its second location, this time off the Strip. Chef Binu Sridharan serves up north and south India fare as well as Indo-Chinese dishes.

2. Taste A Chi-town Eatery
Where: 6050 Sky Pointe Drive
What: Chicago deep dish pie, Italian beef, meatball subs, sausage sandwiches and other Chicago favorites make the menu at this joint inside Town Center Lounge.

3. Sleepy Wilson's Barbecue
Where: 101 S. Rainbow Blvd.
What: Sleepy Wilson's Barbecue serves up mesquite-smoked St. Louis-style ribs, barbecue chicken, rib tips, barbecue pork and pork sandwiches as well as hand-packed cheeseburgers and a char-grilled Chicago-style hot dog. Sides include Grandma Pearl's potato salad, cole slaw, red beans and rice, collard greens, baked beans and French fries.
