Las Vegas' favorite popup dinner returns in October with two Encore Las Vegas cooking up the goods. For the first time, Project Dinner Table comes to a private residence in the Northwest. Chefs Kim Canteenwalla of Society Café and Mark LoRusso of Botero helm the kitchen for an early 3 p.m. event on Oct. 13.
The six-course dinner features cocktail pairings and wines from Wirtz Beverage. Tickets for the dinner, for $175, benefit Three Square Food Bank and Helping Hands Surgical Care.
This marks Canteenwalla's second Project Dinner Table since creating the finale dinner that closed the series' second season last November. He also debuts Honey Salt at the end of October.
The dinner brings as many as 175 guests together at one long table for a family-style meal. Live music, presentations and gift bags are all a part of Project Dinner Table, whose mission is to build community.
