Chef Michael Mina just launched a new online media company dubbed Cook Taste Eat with his business partner Tanya Melillo. The project combines food and technology hosted by singer-songwriter Michelle Branch with regular guest appearances by other top chefs.
The website plans to show a new video every day that subscribers can access through a free daily email.
Already on the docket, a San Francisco-centric lineup that includes Slanted Door's Charles Phan, Maurad Lahlou of Aziza and Michael Chiarello of Napa Valley's Bottega as well as Ken Tominaga of Hana Japanese Restaurant in Sonoma and Tim Ferriss, author of The 4-Hour Workweek and The 4-Hour Chef. Each will appear on the show for one week at a time.
