French Chefs Middleton and Howard in the BOH Brawl

The Back of the House Brawl gets back at it this Saturday night with a battle between an off-Strip chef versus a Strip chef.

Chef Dave Middleton of Marche Bacchus takes on chef Brian Howard of Comme Ca at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in a BOH Brawl that takes place at Tommy Rocker's. This Iron Chef-type brawl with secret ingredients will feature chefs from two French restaurants battling in a Southern food brawl aboard food trucks using whatever additional ingredients they can find there.

Both chefs will sell dishes from the food trucks from 1 to 2 a.m., technically on Sunday morning. Money raised benefits Lili Claire Foundation.

Food trucks Fukuburger, Rusty Pickle, Redneck Kitchen and Coast 2 Coast Deli will also be at the event. The Saturday Night Truck Stop, where the food trucks serve up their fares, starts at 8 p.m.
