Charlie Palmer Combats the Deadest Month of the Year

December is typically the deadest month of the year for restaurants in Vegas, and now Charlie Palmer has a game plan to change that.

He created Celebrate Las Vegas, where 100 artists will convert guitars into works of art to go on display at 100 restaurants across town, according to gossip columnist Robin Leach.

Each restaurant will offer a special menu to go along with the citywide art tour.
