He's set to open Chef Jet Modern Asian Kitchen, a pan-Asian "quick service" concept that opens today in Northwestern Memorial Hospital in downtown Chicago.
The concept was created in collaboration with Scott Okazaki, his former chef de cuisine at Wazuzu. The venture will serve lunch Mondays through Fridays.
Earlier this year, Tila opened The Charleston, a nightspot and gastropub in Santa Monica, Calif.
