Season four of Top Chef Masters wrapped up last night with chef Chris Cosentino of Incanto San Francisco beating out Kerry Heffernan of New York City to win the title of "Top Chef Master." Most of the filming of the show took place in Vegas, with the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as the headquarters for hopefuls. In the final, the cheftestapants had to cook for a panel of what host Curtis Stone called "the ultimate critics," including Vegas critic John Curtas, Chow founder Jane Goldman, GQ's Alan Richman and Grub Street's Alan Sytsma. Eater National has the full details along with the video. [~EN~]
