Want a look inside Honey Salt, the coming restaurant from Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau? The duo just posted a look at the construction going on inside the former Nora's Wine Bar and Osteria at Rampart Commons.
Already they moved the bar from one side of the restaurant to the other. The former Nora's sign is coming down as well.
Canteenwalla already has Society Cafe at Encore Las Vegas, where Blau is a partner. She also runs Blau & Associates, a restaurant consulting firm that handles Simon at Palms Place as well.
When it opens, expect to find craft cocktails and farm-to-table dishes inspired by the couple's trips. Joseph Zanelli, formerly at Lakeside at Wynn Las Vegas, has been pegged as the executive chef. Look for a Halloween opening for the lunch and dinner spot with weekend brunches that plans to seat 140.
