Believe it or not, Bagatelle Beach & Nightclub has a new opening date, this time Halloween. This time, the ONE Group promises they will really, really, really open with what gossip columnist Robin Leach calls, "The biggest and best Halloween party on and off the Strip."
Leach says the club started hiring and training begins today for the next three weeks. Friends and family vet the joint the last week of October.
This marks the eighth opening date the property at the Tropicana Las Vegas has announced, starting with Memorial Day and then teasing, teasing, teasing through the summer.
In other Bagatelle news, the supper club landed a construction permit for the 5000 wing of the Tropicana, where it plans to open its hotel. The ONE Group plans to remodel the 70,500-square-foot hotel wing into Bagatelle Hotel with $1.95 million earmarked so far.
Should Bagatelle ever open, the 7,950-square-foot restaurant with a $1 million price tag plans to have a supper club and lunch poolside as well as the Bagatelle Champagne Brunch on weekends. Three nights a week the interior will operate as a nightclub. The space includes two private dining areas overlooking the supper club and a 240-seat outdoor terrace restaurant overlooking the two pools with some booth seating.
