Two chefs with Vegas ties have some big changes coming at the MGM Grand in Detroit. Michael Mina's Saltwater and Bourbon Steak plan to close when his five-year contract expires at the end of the year. Taking his place, Wolfgang Puck, who plans to open two restaurants, Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina and Wolfgang Puck Steak. Marc Djozlija, who has been with Puck's dining group for more than 10 years and was on the opening team for Spago at the Forum Shops at Caesars, will run both operations. [~EN~]
