Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino says he charges $30,000 when he makes an appearance at a Vegas nightclub. Now the star of the recently cancelled Jersey Shore is suing Diversified Entertainment, a promoter, for $60,000 he didn't get paid last year.
The lawsuit, filed in Miami, says he had a deal with the promoter to make three appearances at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas and Gallery Nightclub at Planet Hollywood Resort by June 30.
"According to the lawsuit, the deal was "pay or play" — meaning Situation was to get paid the full amount ... even if the club decided not to use him all three times," TMZ reports.
The clubs only used him once before the deadline, paying him $30,000 for the appearance.
So to court they go, with the Sitch claiming the promotion company owes him $60,000.
