MANDALAY BAY — Michael Mina's StripSteak already has a pretty amazing collection of whiskies at the bar. Now the restaurant plans to showcase some of them during a Scotch dinner on Sept. 27 featuring the Dalmore. Each of the five courses are paired with a different Scotch for $110. The meal includes a baby greens salad with a warm goat cheese, house smoked salmon, Wagyu filet tartare, a 60-day dry-aged New York strip with new potato and shallot hash and Dunkin' Doughnuts with dark chocolate and salty caramel.
