Seems Paul Bartolotta is close to inking a deal for a new restaurant in New York, where his wife and daughter live. The chef behind Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare at Wynn Las Vegas talked to Eater at the Caymon Cookout on Grand Caymon and says he won't talk "until the ink is dry."
