Beso and Eve, the former restaurant and nightclub from Eva Longoria at Crystals, just went through a renovation, changing over to SHe, dubbed a boutique steakhouse and theatrical nightclub from Morton's. Actress Longoria and Tilman J. Fertitta of Landry's Inc. are behind the concept that opened New Year's Eve.

Much like the former Beso and Eve, the downstairs features the restaurant with private dining rooms and an indoor/outdoor lounge. The restaurant is decked out in deep red shades of merlot and Bordeaux with touches of alligator, cork, mirrors and crystals throughout as well as embossed metallic wall coverings and dark fabrics to give it the feel of a 1920s-era speakeasy. Deejays spin and fashion shows walk the runway nightly.

Chef Todd Mark Miller is behind the menu, which includes three different steak cuts dubbed the SHe, He and We, a shared-plate option. Some of the items on the menu include sea bass bites, Maine lobster rolls, coriander-crusted tuna, soy-lacquered salmon, cold seafood and shellfish.

Upstairs, the nightclub offers what it's calling "integrated vignettes" to entertain guests who sit on tiered seating.
