Tickets go on sale at noon today for Vegas Uncork'd, the food festival from Bon Appetit that takes over Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay, Bellagio and the MGM Grand from May 9-12.
Of course, the Grand Tasting returns to the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace. More than 100 wines and spirits will be available.
Other highlights include the return of Joel Robuchon, who will host a cooking and wine demo brunch at the MGM Grand. Jean-Georges Vongerichten hosts Farm Fresh to Tempting Table, a lunch menu at Bellagio. Mandalay Bay chef Hubert Keller, chef Laurent Pillard and certified cicerone Sarah Johnson will create a pop up beer garden with an Alsatian Brasserie menu, extensive beer selection and live music. Chef Michael Mina hosts a block party that includes appearances by Vongerichten, Todd English and Julian Serrano. The food here will be "Cured, Smoked, Braised, Grilled and Toasted," all outdoors with craft beers, sakes, wines and spirits.
