Friday marks the opening of Social, the new main bar that takes over the Center Bar space at the Palms.

This place is all about whiskey, with more than 30 unique labels, single malts and limited edition bourbons making their mark on the menu. Now the entire drink menu is ready to roll.

The specialty cocktail menu highlights whiskey as well. Look for the Touch of Honey with Jim Beam Devil's Cut Bourbon, fresh mint and lime, white peach puree and Prosecco; the Socially Acceptable featuring George Dickel No. 8, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, fresh lemon juice and Trader Vic's Orgeat Syrup; as well as the Bourbon Breakfast with Baker's 107 Proof Bourbon, orange marmalade and maple syrup. The nine specialty cocktails go for $12 to $14, with the Social Misfit, served with a flask, going for $20.

Whiskey flights and free whiskey samples will get the ball rolling here.

Here's a look at the entire menu.

Whiskey
1792 Ridgemont Reserve 8
A Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Bardstown, Kentucky. Named for the year Kentucky became a state. 1792 is the official toasting bourbon of the Kentucky Bourbon Festival.
Baker's 12
Not for the faint of heart. The bourbon is named after Baker Beam, the grand-nephew of Jim Beam. 107 proof.
Basil Hayden's 12
The lightest bodied bourbon whiskey in the family of Jim Beam small batch bourbons. Named in honor of Basil Hayden, Sr.
Blanton's 14
Nearly a century ago, Colonel Albert B. Blanton began bottling this wonderfully craft single-barrel bourbon. The world's first single barrel bourbon, hand selected from the "center-cut" of every batch.
Booker's 14
Each barrel of Booker's bourbon is hand-selected and aged at the center of the rackhouse, where the temperature and humidity are the most favorable for fine bourbons. Aged between six and eight years and bottled uncut.
Breaking & Entering Bourbon 10
We went deep into the rickhouses of Kentucky's most venerable bourbon distilleries and selected our favorite barrels. The result—a criminally delicious bourbon whiskey shaped by a Kentucky pedigree and California ingenuity.
Buffalo Trace 8
Distilled, aged and bottled at the most award-winning distillery in the world. The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate.
Bulleit 8
Made by following the small-batch technique inspired by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. High in rye content, a bold and spicy character with a distinctively smooth, clean finish.
Corsair Triple Smoke 14
American single malt whiskey. We take three fractions of malted barley, each smoked by a different fuel—cherry wood, peat and beechwood to craft this deeply complex whiskey.
Cyrus Noble Small Batch 8
Rich and velvety with notes of caramel, toasted hazelnut and buttery toffee. Craft distilled in small batches from a family mash bill recipe which makes a final product that is five years aged at 90 proof.
Eagle Rare 10
Masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years, each barrel discriminately selected. The rareness of this great breed of bourbon is evident in its complex aroma, as well as the smooth and lingering taste.
E.H. Taylor Single Barrel 16
Aged exclusively in Warehouse C, built by Taylor in 1881, and proven to be an excellent aging warehouse. The aroma carries lightly toasted oak with dried figs and butterscotch. The sweetness on the tongue remains balanced with tobacco and dark spices.
Elijah Craig 12 8
A true small batch premium bourbon. Named for Reverend Elijah Craig, the man who discovered the method of making true Kentucky bourbon.
Four Roses Single Barrel 12
A premium single barrel bourbon. Complex, full bodied and surprisingly smooth with a delicate long finish that's unbelievably mellow. Contains hints of ripe plum and cherry tastes with fruity, spicy aromas including maple syrup and cocoa.
Gentleman Jack 12
Introduced to the American market in 1988, describes itself as "Rare Tennessee Whiskey." It is twice filtered through charcoal, as opposed to a single filtering for normal Jack Daniel's.
George Dickel 8
With deeper, more assertive flavors and an incredibly smooth finish, this classic 90 proof whiskey combines older whiskies selected by Master Distiller John Lunn to create a richness that maintains Dickel's signature smooth finish.
High West Double Rye 10
The marriage of two straight rye whiskies that combines the feisty properties of a high rye two-year-old and the saddle smooth richness of a 16-year-old. The extra age and corn provides some extra sweetness to calm the "bite" of the younger rye for a relationship that works.
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey 8
Introduced as the brand's first flavored variation. Hints of honey and a naturally smooth finish, its taste is one-of-a-kind and unmistakably Jack.
Jack Daniel's Single Barrel 12
The 94-proof whiskey is drawn from individual barrels, offering the opportunity to taste the subtle differences in nose, color and flavor from barrel to barrel.
Jefferson's Bourbon 10
This very small batch, handcrafted bourbon has been aged in the heart of a metal clad warehouse. Flavors of vanilla, caramel and assorted fruits assure an incredibly smooth taste and finish.
Jefferson's Straight Rye 10
The latest addition to the Jefferson's Presidential Collection. Bottled at 94 proof, this 10-year-old whiskey offers a rich, spicy and exceptionally smooth finish.
Jim Beam Devil's Cut 10
After aging, when the bourbon is dumped out of the barrel, a certain amount of whiskey is left trapped within the wood of every barrel. We call that the "devil's cut." We hold this barrel-treated extract until it develops the proper balance of bourbon notes, then blend it with six-year-old bourbon and bottle at 90 proof.
Knob Creek 10
Bottled at an honest 100 proof, and aged at nine years, allowing it to absorb more sugars in the wood creating a slightly sweeter taste and nose.
Maker's 46 10
Aged a bit longer inside barrels containing seared French oak staves. The staves create bolder, more complex flavors—while eliminating the bitterness that usually comes with whiskies that are aged longer.
Michter's Single Barrel Rye 12
Renowned for rye, and America's first whiskey. This premium rye has hints of light spice, black pepper, marmalade and plum, spicy grain and light caramel.
Midnight Moon Apple Pie Moonshine 8
Fruit inclusions are hand-packed in traditional moonshine jars with real, honest-to-goodness fruit. Just as moonshiners have done for generations, all of the delicious flavor comes from the fruit itself.
Pappy Van Winkle 15 20
Crafted according to their exclusive family wheated recipe. The smooth, oak flavor blends well with the barrel proof. Selected from barrels in the heart of their Kentucky warehouse, it has remained untouched for 15 years and unhurried by time.
Pappy Van Winkle 20 30
The #1 rated Bourbon Whiskey in the world. Wonderfully smooth and rich. "Pappy" Van Winkle was a true character. This bourbon, like "Pappy", is full of character that makes it a very special whiskey.
Pappy Van Winkle 23 60
This very rare, limited edition bourbon takes generations of distilling know-how to produce. This is the same distillation as our famous 20-year -old Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve. These barrels were carefully selected from the heart of the warehouse.
Pendleton Canadian Whisky 8
A rich and complex super-premium blended Canadian whisky made from Glacier-fed spring water from Hood River Oregon.
Pendelton 1910 10
100% rye Canadian whisky bottled in Hood River Oregon. Butterscotch and maple fudge complexity with hot pepper spice and charred white oak barrel richness. Aged 12 years.
Smooth Ambler Old Scout Bourbon Whiskey 10
Five and six-year-old barrels with high rye content of 36%, this fine whiskey has exceptional taste and smoothness. Bold, sweet-spicy flavors with subtle apple, cherry, and tobacco aromas.
Templeton Rye 12
A rye whiskey originally made in Templeton, Iowa during the prohibition era as a way for farmers in the Carroll County area to supplement their income. It was said to be Al Capone's favorite drink.
Wild Turkey Rare Breed 10
This bourbon is a unique marriage of hand-picked barrels from the old stocks of Wild Turkey 6yr, 8yr, and 12yr. At 108 proof, it is assertive with hints of light oranges, mint and tones of sweet tobacco.
Woodford Reserve 10
A brand of premium small batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. The distillery is located in Woodford County, in central Kentucky. Each bottle is numbered with a batch and bottle number.
