Become a Sommelier for a Day at Valentino; More

VENETIAN — Valentino now has a hands-on opportunity for guests to hone their wine skills with its Sommelier for a Day experience. For $250 per person, Valentino's wine director Gretchen Allen will show participants the history of wine and explore Valentino's wine list, which features more than 2,400 selections. Guests will also learn all aspects of wine service, as well as wine and food pairing, to make the joy of wine accessible to anyone. At the end of the event, guests pair wines with cuisine.
