Get Ready to Knock Your Taste Buds Out at Fat Choy

Just a quick update on Sheridan Su's Fat Choy, coming to the Eureka Casino. The restaurant originally planned to open today, but electrical issues are setting back the debut to next week. Su's new restaurant takes the place of Teddy's Bar & Grill and promises to find a cult following with dishes from his Great Bao food truck and former restaurant on the menu as well as holdovers from Teddy's.

Look for the three-meal restaurant to feature bao in addition to dishes from Su's childhood. Some of the dishes on the menu include a Peking duck bao, short rib rice, fried pork sauce noodles and a Fat Choy burger replete with short ribs.
