Citizens Kitchen & Bar is joyfully promoting its ongoing "Ultimate Slider Challenge" in a prominent way. Right by the entrance, the restaurant has posted a "Wall of Fame" and "Shame" for the eat to excess experience.

Twenty-four hours a day, the challenge is to eat 24 sliders in 24 minutes with no help. That's 24 burgers with buns, pickles, cheese and a special sauce.

Since launching the gimmick in May, the current wall logs 80 failed attempts. And two winners who can proudly leave Las Vegas filled with pride and a free meal. Losers have to shell out $40.

On opening, the Mandalay Bay comfort food spot offered a muffaletta challenge featuring a pizza-sized creation, normally designed to feed six. If one person managed to eat it all, the $135 tab was free.
