Let the Ramen Burger Frenzy in Vegas Commence

First the Cronut invasion took over Las Vegas. Now it's ramen burgers. Andrea's at Encore Las Vegas unveils its version of the ramen burger, a crazy hybrid, line-inducing food created by chef Keizo Shimamoto at Brooklyn's Smorgasburg. Lines for this creation have stretched into the hundreds.

In Vegas, the Andrea's version comes in the form of sliders, two to be exact, with pan-fried ramen "buns," a spicy relish sauce, oven-dried tomato, Bibb lettuce and red onion and house made amazu pickles on the side.

Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 8, land the sliders with a beer cocktail pairing for $23 every Tuesday night. New beer-based cocktails include the Captain's Pear Cider with Grey Goose Le Paire, St-Germain, Ace Pear Cider and a float of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum; the Samurai Fury with Ciroc Coconut, Funkin Brazilian Cocktail Mixer, Chili Devil Beer and kaffir lime; the Give Me The Night with 2nite Sicilian Blood Orange Vodka, Pama liqueur and Magic Hat Wheat Beer; and The Gunner with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Disaronno Amaretto, fresh lemon sweet 'n sour, pasteurized egg white, Innis & Gunn Irish Whiskey Cask Beer.
