Pizza Rock, the coming joint from 11-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani, now released its entire menu for its big debut this weekend. The restaurant plans to serve up pizzas from four styles of pizza ovens, dishing out Neapolitan, classic Italian, classic American, Sicilian, Roman and gluten-free pies.
Perhaps most titillating, the Margherita, limited to 73 a day, that won the World Pizza Cup in Naples, Italy. This beauty features caputo flour with dough proofed in Neapolitan wood boxes, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, fior di latte, basil, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt for $16.
Don't mistake this for just a pizza joint; antipasti, pasta dishes, burgers and sandwiches make the menu, and the restaurant plans to serve a Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
