Pizza Mania Hits the West Side with Settebello Coming Friday

Buckle up, west side. Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana is gearing up to open its second location in Las Vegas at Village Square this Friday at 11 a.m.

The 4,000-square-foot location will serve up the same Neapolitan thin crust, hand-made pizza cooked in a wood burning oven from Naples, Italy, that made it a top pizza joint in the nation.

The new location also plans to serve up something new — a hand-crafted cocktail menu, developed by Los Angeles-based Proprietors Inc., as well as an expanded wine menu and a draft beer selection.

Settebello, for those unfamiliar with their pizza, follows VPN protocols. Only Italian flours are used to create the pizza dough, which is worked by hand, never using a rolling pin and baking the pizza directly on the surface of a bell shaped wood-burning oven. The charter also requires the use of San Marzano Italian tomatoes, fresh mozzarella as well as the freshest ingredients.

The new location will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m to 11 p.m. Settebello already has a location in Henderson at The District.
