What's behind the plywood-covered walls at MTO Cafe, the new breakfast and lunch spot opening in Downtown Las Vegas? Construction crews are close to wrapping up the buildout of this restaurant on the bottom floor of the city parking garage. The restaurant with dishes from chef partner Johnny Church plans to seat 65 with a 14-seat communal table. Expect a post modern/Atomic Age decor with leather banquettes, stainless steel accents and a black-and-white terrazzo floor to usher in a very diner vibe from Hollywood in the '50s and '60s. MTO Cafe, which stands for made to order, plans to bow Oct. 22. Take a look inside.
