Chef Bradley Ogden has created a delicious four-course menu to accompany each beer offered at $75 per person including tax and gratuity. Dinner begins with trays of passed appetizers including dungeness crab cakes served with celery and lemon-dill aioli, chicken salad with grapes and crispy pita and potato croquette with chive crème fraiche served alongside a sample of Big Dog's Imperial Pilsner which features a crisp, floral flavor and mild hop aroma. For the first course, a blue cheese soufflé of beets, frisee, honey and lavender almonds with a sample of Big Dog's Raspberry Wheat.
