Looks like Rock'N'oodles, coming to the Arts District, now plans to open on Nov. 1. The fast casual restaurant from Brien Mceahern specializes in music-inspired eclectic noodle creations.
Look for fresh noodle dishes, soups, salads and desserts all named after iconic songs such as the "Back in Black" that mixes squid ink to the linguine, "Bang the Gong" with tikka masala and "Buffalo Soldier," a blue cheese macaroni and Buffalo chicken. Executive chef Abbigail Byrd will run the kitchen.
The décor here features a collection of 100 individually framed vintage vinyl records displayed in a contemporary setting.
