Le Cirque Dinner in the Tuscany Kitchen; More

BELLAGIO — Le Cirque executive chef Paul Lee and Louis Roederer CEO Frederic Rouzaud host the next Epicurean Epicenter series dinner at the Tuscany Kitchen Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. Lee presents five courses complemented by four vintages of Louis Roederer's Cristal as well as Chateau Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande. Joining Lee, Bellagio director of wine and master sommelier Jason Smith, Rouzaud and Maccioni Restaurant Group co-owner and vice president Marco Maccioni. Tickets priced at $325 per person, all-inclusive, are available for purchase online or by calling 1-866-406-7117.

HARD ROCK HOTEL — Culinary Dropout now has a Girl's Night Out dinner package that pairs appetizers, entrées and desserts. Served as four courses, appetizers include burrata, soft pretzels and provolone fondue and house potato chips served with onion dip followed by a choice of Caesar or house salad. Butternut squash cannelloni, salmon and Korean-style chicken breast with a variety of side items are served family style for guests to choose their own portions.
