Thai Noodles Cafe at 6710 W. Cheyenne Ave. was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District on Oct. 23 after a routine inspection found an imminent health hazard.
SNHD discovered no potable or hot water along with 19 demerits during the visit. Previous inspections going back to 2011 always resulted in A grades.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
