MGM GRAND — Hakkasan partnered with the Southern Nevada affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure to create a three-course, prix-fixe menu, available for $70 per person in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month through Monday, Nov. 18. Nab some of Hakkasan's classic dishes from 5 to 7 p.m. in addition to its newest cocktail creation The Iron Rose, a new take on the traditional Cosmopolitan made with Grand Marnier, vodka and freshly brewed white tea with raspberry and white cranberry infusion. Dishes include the Hakka steamed dim sum platter, stir-fry black pepper beef ribeye with merlot, Pak choi with garlic and egg and scallion fried rice side dishes and housemade desserts. [EaterWire]
WESTSIDE — Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar now has new dry-aged steaks and steak companions on the menu. Look for truffled poached lobster with bernaise sauce and caviar, diablo shrimp baked with a spiced barbecue butter sauce, King crab with herb butter and a flavor trio with three steak spreads: gorgonzola and mascarpone bruleé, sweet onion bacon jam and cabernet mustard.
