Hey, big spender. Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte may have only eaten a 12-ounce lobster tail and calamari at Joe Vicari's Andiamo Italian Steakhouse at the D Las Vegas on Wednesday night, but that didn't stop him from dropping a 200 percent tip on his dinner bill. He left a $606 tip on his $314 tab and "asked all the waiters to split up the ridiculously generous tip evenly." [TMZ]
