Ketchup Premium Burger Bar Looks to 2014

The exterior rendering looks a tad different from the finished product, but there's no mistaking Ketchup Premium Burger Bar has moved much closer to opening. The distinctive high contrast red and white interior nears completion and the ordering counter is in place, for the corner occupant at the Miracle Mile Shops at the Planet Hollywood Resort.

Renderings hint that a potential 123 guests will be able to peruse the burger menu via wall-mounted digital displays. But despite the concrete progress, a winter 2014 opening has now been officially promised.

Ketchup will be overseen by KVC Holdings, which also run long-established Blondies Sports Bar & Grill within the shopping mall and newcomer DB's Pong and Pool located just outside the retail hub on Harmon Avenue. The DB's Pool space should be considered under a slow death-watch. The 19,216-square-foot property is currently being shopped around for a new tenant, offering a 10-year lease for use as a restaurant or retail store.
