Behold, the Plaza's Vegas-Inspired Bier Garten Menu

The Plaza's outdoor wurst and brew experiment has moved beyond a Bavarian influence and turned to classic Las Vegas for its menu inspiration. The under construction Bier Garten from owners of fellow Plaza tenant Pop Up Pizza will add picnic tables, real grass, trellises and greenery to an empty lot in front of the food court. Ping-pong and live entertainment have been promised, alongside a shifting and expanding beer menu.

Guests can either build their own sausage concepts or opt for the signature creations named after departed Vegas landmarks and include such novelty topping stacks as fried eggs. Beer snacks include pretzels or fries and their desserts feature one healthy twist with an organic frozen fruit pop.

Bier Garten is looking to debut before the end of the year and will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

Signature Wursts $7.49
The Western:
Smoked Polish Sausage, Spicy Roasted Green Peppers, Crispy Fried Onion and Chipotle Aioli.
The Golden Slipper:
Cajun Andouille sausage, bacon Strip, cream cheese and fried egg.
The Hacienda:
Sweet Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, cooked onions, giardinera.
The Stardust:
German bratwurst, cooked onions, sauerkraut, and sweet German mustard.
The El Rancho:
Classic Vienna all beef, topped with hand cut fries, coleslaw and ketchup.

Veggie beer bratwurst, roasted red peppers, onions, relish, mustard and ketchup.
