Meet Mochiko Fried Chicken, the Hawaiian fusion restaurant coming to Chinatown in 2014. Starting Friday, the restaurant is raising funds through a Kickstarter.
Mochiko, which means rice flour in Japanese, plans to serve its fried chicken, natch, in combination platters with two- to three-piece orders. The chicken makes its way into Hawaiian fusion bowls and salads as well.
When open, the 19-seat restaurant will feature counter service.
Already Mochiko made its debut during the Las Vegas Foodie Fest last month at the Silverton.
