Akira Back, the chef behind Yellowtail at the Bellagio and Kumi at Mandalay Bay, is at it again, this time opening his own restaurant in New Delhi, India, at the JW Marriott.
At his new 180-seat Akira Back Restaurant opening Nov. 20 will serve up Japanese cuisine with a Korean accent using seasonal produce and artisanal sourced ingredients. Beverages will include a variety of sakes and wines by the bottle or by the glass along with specialty cocktails.
Expect Back to land in Korea, Dubai, Shanghai and Mumbai in the future as well.
