WESTSIDE — Forte Tapas holds its Takeover Tuesdays next week with Todd Harrington from Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace. The seven-course meal is priced at $50 per person and includes wines and cocktails. Harrington will offer patrons two appetizers: seared tuna served on a fried rice cake and a deconstructed shrimp cocktail.
