Chili's to Heat Up the Leftover Hawaiian Marketplace

Chili's Grill & Bar, the casual Tex-Mex inspired chain, is building a flagship restaurant at the Strip's Hawaiian Marketplace.

The once Southern Nevada Health District plagued retail, bar and fast food open air mini-mall sits across the boulevard from CityCenter and has long been considered a location on life support.

The Paradise Town Advisory Board unanimously approved the project's early passage to development, including an addition of prominent new signage to advertise the restaurant.

Chilli's operates seven branches in the region, including a location at Las Vegas Premium Outlets — South, five miles further down Las Vegas Boulevard.
