"Sports Bar & Grill in a major hotel/casino! For sale," goes the pitch of an online real estate ad. But if you have a dream of possessing your very own Las Vegas sports bar, this particular number comes with an eye watering price tag.

A $7,490,000 asking price is on the table for 5,300 square feet of established and very visible bar space. The owner will only reveal the actual location and name if a prospective buyer has the right credentials. So, allow us to alert you to a multimillion dollar, possible switcheroo occurring in the near future and see if you can also guess which Las Vegas business is worth the same price tag as a small island.

Still listed after 30 days on the market, the current owner says "other business interests" are the reason for selling. They offer "huge foot traffic count every day!" and a "state of the art TV system!" The space generates a yearly gross income of $4,621,991 and cash flow of "$1,169,822." Established in 2004, they are open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. and 24 hours on the weekend. It comes with a seating capacity of 148.

Think how many bars of this size on the Strip could be on the market and worth that price. We have our informed guess on which bar is up for sale after the jump.

The leasing office of the Miracle Mile shops lists Blondies Sports Bar & Grill, tenant H085, as occupying 3,501 square feet. The bar operates from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and 24 hours on the weekend. They feature over 40 big TV screens and an occupancy of "148 seated." Blondies debuted in August 2004.

KVC Holdings who run Blondies Sports Bar and DB's Pong and Pool located on the exterior of retail hub on Harmon Avenue, will be managing Ketchup Premium Burger Bar when it opens later this month in a nearby section of the Miracle Mile.

The DB's Pool space is currency being advertised as available for a 10-year lease for use as a restaurant or retail store, even while the pool hall and bar is still open for business. So, if you can't afford to buy Blondies, you still have a shot at Vegas Strip sports bar dreams.
