Help raise funds for Typhoon Haiyan relief in the Philippines on Sunday with a potluck dinner from some of Las Vegas' top Filipino chefs.
Pandora's Lounge hosts the 8 p.m. fund-raiser that features specialty cocktails, karaoke, pool, Wii bowling and more. Cash and goods donations accepted.
Expect to find Joseph Elevado from Andrea's serving up Adobong Gata, along with Yuji Abinales, the former executive chef of Little Buddha at the Palms, making Pork Sinigang and Dennis Cifra making Filipino style spaghetti. Lloyd Bansil of Hakkasan serves up Caldereta and Lumpiang Shanghai while Stephanie Boswell, the executive pastry chef from Sage, makes pandan and mango macaroons.
