Behold, the Pinches Tacos Container Park Menu

Eight months since Eater Vegas first discovered Pinches Tacos was heading downtown, they are finally ready, as the chalk board menu says, to "save you from fake-sican food."

The California-based Mexican chain is a firm favorite of Hollywood celebrities and the company places heavy emphasis on quality ingredients and a broad and authentic menu.

Built inside a former shipping container, guests line up to order and servers will bring your order to go or to eat at one of the numerous chairs and tables shared on this side of the park with Pork & Beans from celebrity chef Kerry Simon and protege chef, Hell's Kitchen season eight winner, Nona Sivley.

Pinches Tacos' corner space currently has no sign outside, fallout from objections by Las Vegas City Councilman Bob Coffin who believes "pinches" can be read as a profanity and wants no prominent display of the word in this family-focused attraction. The Anaya family, who founded the company, insist the word means "cook." A full explanation is printed on their menus distributed throughout the park.

Open hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and until 1.a.m on Friday and Saturday.
