Marinelli's Out, Restaurant Express Digs in at M Resort

Big changes coming to the M Resort. First up, construction started on the new restaurant that will be home to the winner of Robert Irvine's Restaurant Express, which debuted last night on the Food Network. This takes the place of Marinelli's, the Italian restaurant that shuttered after service Saturday night.

The new restaurant, which doesn't officially have a name even though the M Resort registered the name Jayde Fuzion that could possibly be the name, plans to open in mid-December.

Fans of Marinelli's can still order some of the restaurant's dishes when Marinelli's Pasta Bar opens Nov. 14 where Anthony's Oyster Bar sits. This restaurant plans to be more of a fast-casual approach to dining.

Marinelli's Pasta Bar will sit next to Anthony's Steakhouse and Burgers & Brews. Expect to find capellini pomodoro and linguine and clams, along with antipasti, chicken and seafood on the menu of the 35-seat restaurant when it opens.

Favorite dishes from the oyster bar will move over to Anthony's Steakhouse.
