Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis, who plans to open her first restaurant at the resort formerly known as Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon next April, visited Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night to dish on her new cookbook and cook up some green smoothies and turkey chili.
