N9NE Steakhouse Gets a Little Makeover for the Holidays

N9NE Steakhouse shuts down come Sunday for a brief remodeling. The restaurant at the Palms will add some contemporary design elements by the time it returns in mid-December.

Look for a brand spanking new chef's table shrouded by a sheer canopy and spiffy chandelier. Other upgrades include a remodel of the lounge and private dining room. No word on whether the chef's door with celebrity signatures will be replaced.

In the meantime, Nove Italiano plans to offer the Best of N9NE menu with some of the steakhouse's most popular dishes such as rock shrimp, the garbage salad, surf 'n turf, bone-in ribeye, Colorado lamb and Barry's Steak, named for N9NE's executive chef Barry Dakake.
