Barton G The Restaurant from Miami's Barton G. Weiss is prepping to open in Los Angeles in February, and already the Versace mansion hotelier has eyes for Vegas. Rumors point to a the United Arab Emirates and Las Vegas as future locations for the restaurant with playful food presentations including lobster Pop Tarts served in a toaster, white truffled lobster mac and cheese served in a lobster tail and funnel cakes served on shoot-the-duck carnival games.
