Landry's is bringing their long running Cadillac Bar Tex-Mex concept to Fremont Street's Golden Nugget. The company is already encouraging attendees of their February 2014 annual Las Vegas conference to stop by the lively, Texas-based restaurant.

The company operates two other locations in Kemah and Houston, where they have been in business for more than 25 years. Landy's explains the concept is "the perfect place to fiesta, so grab your maracas and conga down to Cadillac Bar."

In July, Eater Vegas first reported the Cadillac Bar was planning to expand to the resort and its adjacent neighbor would be the also under construction Michael Patrick's. Inspired by the shared name 24/7 brasserie at the Golden Nugget Atlantic City, Michael Patrick's serves "an upscale, eclectic menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner" in New Jersey and will take over the coffee shop duties from the shuttered Carson Street Cafe in Las Vegas.

The Landy's restaurant empire numbers more than 400 properties including McCormick & Schmick's, Rainforest Cafe, Bubba Gump, Claim Jumper and Chart House in Las Vegas. Cadillac Bar features a stock of more than 20 tequilas and specializes in margaritas to pair with a menu of familiar Tex-Mex dishes.
