The Las Vegas Five Guys burgeoning burger empire is for sale.
Quietly on the table for a few months, the absentee owners are offering you the chance to own the franchise monopoly in Nevada and compete in the local burger wars with likes of Smashburger and In-N-Out Burger.
For $13 million, you get eight existing Nevada Five Guys locations, plus one more in the planning stage, minus the current inventory but including the fixtures.
Before you head to the ATM, you also need to pony up $1.2 million for the sole rights to expand five future Five Guys locations in Nevada. But, you will inherit have a lifetime supply of peanuts.
The first Five Guys burger and fries outpost debuted in Henderson in 2001. With more than 1,000 locations, the company expanded to the U.K. in 2013 with hopes to conquer the European market.
