Behold, the Menu at B&B Burger & Beer from Batali and Bastianich

Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich's ampersand besotted B&B Burger & Beer has opened at the Venetian with a bright, welcoming design, an already enthusiastic audience and a compact menu to fit a variety of tastes.

Batali celebrated the debut alongside his father Armandino, who reviewed the first day's servings on Facebook with "best burger i have ever had. the meat. just melts. dad."

So new, the restaurant's official hours have yet to be announced, nor has their own Website launched or any mention appeared on the Venetian's Website, the full menu is nonetheless ready for diners or via take-out at their "2Go" window.
